At the Fuchsacker Inn, one can truly enjoy themselves: whether it’s for a rest during a hike, for cozy and pleasurable hours as a couple or in a larger group, or if you're staying overnight at the inn and enjoying the tranquility amidst nature.
The inn is located on the edge of the Appenzell region within the territory of Schwellbrunn, close to the border with Degersheim in St. Gallen. The view over the hilly landscape is magnificent, with the Alpstein massif and the Säntis visible to the south.
Hiking trails and bike routes lead from all directions to this point, which is 969 meters above sea level. Next to the inn, there is a playground for children. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a ski lift and cross-country ski trails nearby.
