We are a family business with 15 employees, led by Peter and Annelies Sturzenegger-Frick, in the third generation. For 80 years, our family has been practicing the butchery craft with great joy. Our business comprises three meat specialty shops - Schwellbrunn, Waldstatt, and Mörschwil - as well as our Ochsen Inn in Schwellbrunn.

Our inn with a restaurant and adjoining Sääli can accommodate about 65 people. In our restaurant, we maintain a modern fresh market cuisine with regional quality and brand products. Thanks to our in-house butchery, we know exactly the origin of our meat products. We are widely known for our specialties.
