Description
Bio Suisse since 2014
We cultivate and produce character wines from future grape varieties on 5 hectares of vines, organically grown on limestone soils in Osterfingen.
Café Sabato
From May to October, every Saturday from 11 am to 6 pm, taste wine, discover regional dishes of the day, and enjoy homemade cakes with organic coffee specialties. Rotating art exhibitions and live music.
Good for You
No residues from chemical pesticides. Reduced use of sulfur. No chemical fertilizers, winemaking with time and craftsmanship instead of unnecessary additives. Selective harvesting, reduced yields, and precise processing in a modern cellar for wines without allergens and with a clear taste.
Good for Nature
Energy self-sufficiency, returnable bottles, Bag-in-Box (BiB), local production and sales, adapted grape varieties, biodiversity projects... up to 75% CO2 savings per bottle of white wine compared to a Swiss white wine without saving measures.
Why Organic
For us, it means the highest grape quality we can deliver and also the long-term preservation of the wine cultural heritage as well as our cultural landscape.
Working organically for us means an extra love for wine, people, and nature.
Regionality & Social Responsibility
Regional delivery, regional partners, regional customers, regional suppliers, regional workforce.
