Gottlieber Seecafé & Manufakturladen

For many chocolate and specialty enthusiasts, Gottlieber Hüppen and Gottlieber products are considered the finest delicacies. They are part of the culinary heritage of Switzerland. The renowned Gottlieber pastry art is maintained and continuously refined in the owner-managed artisanal factory. The wafer-thin warm crepes, no thicker than 0.7 mm, are still baked individually and rolled like the leaf of a precious Havana cigar, one by one. This is done very carefully and precisely, as if by hand.

At the Gottlieber Seecafé with its factory store, all Gottlieber specialties such as Hüppen, cocoa almonds, and chocolate can be purchased. Visitors experience cozy moments in a beautiful setting on the gorgeous lakeside terrace with a cool beer, champagne, or a good glass of wine. But even on foggy autumn and winter days, guests can relax and watch the flowing water of the Seerhein while enjoying a hot and fragrant cup of coffee.
