Igniv Zürich

Finally Zurich is home to an offshoot of the famous Igniv restaurants by elite chef Andreas Caminada. Igniv means “nest” in Romansch ‒ and thus the restaurant in the heart of the Niederdorf quarter is a gourmet nest for food-loving birds from all over the world.At the Igniv restaurants, guests share the culinary creations that make their way from the kitchen onto the table. This fine dining sharing concept is individually adapted to each location, but it always includes Caminada’s signature dishes.The interior design, with its abundance of fabric and heavy drapes, reflects the history of the building, which once housed a theater and vaudeville shows.In contrast to all the other Igniv locations, the Zurich restaurant has a bar. Here guests can enjoy drinks that have been specially created for the Igniv.
