The LOI (Zurich dialect for “lion”) is located near Escher-Wyss-Platz, directly on the Löwenbräu-Areal. Here, set amidst the ancient walls of what was once a brewery, guests can enjoy contemporary dishes with a modern twist. The LOI’s philosophy is to redefine local cuisine with vegetarian and vegan dishes. The inspiration for these culinary delights comes from the seasonally changing produce sourced from local producers. The individual ingredients are transformed into mouth-watering creations with a great deal of imagination and attention to detail. Whenever possible, the dishes are organic and seasonal.
