“Più” means “more” in Italian. And lovers of Italian – and in particular Neapolitan – cuisine get that little bit more of everything at the Restaurant Più, situated not far from Zurich Main Train Station.The former Sihlpost post office building certainly offers more room: it is seven meters (23feet) high and even on cold winter days is flooded with light thanks to its huge windows.Besides the mouth-watering “stuzzichini” – or hors d’oeuvres –, particularly worth recommending are the delicious pizzas. The pizza dough is left longer to rise – 48 hours to be precise – and this additional time clearly comes through in the taste. Incidentally, guests can also create their own pizzas – with truffle paste, bresaola beef, rocket salad, Parma ham and many more ingredients.And those who are pressed for time can choose from the selection of tasty pizzas or focacce on the take-out menu.
