In the historic, beautiful patrician house from 1811, son Roger, after wandering years through renowned hospitality establishments, has taken over the scepter in the kitchen and enriches the cuisine with his refreshing and creative ideas. He skillfully combines French classics, Swiss tradition, and modern elements.

In the elegantly set Nidbergstube, the focus is on gourmet menus, while in the Schlüsselstube, guests find everyday dishes in a cheerful atmosphere. Also, there is a magnificent wine list with selected wines. Marianne Blum and her team ensure a charming and affectionate note in the service.
