The Seegarten Restaurant stands out for its fresh food preparation. In the kitchen, Charlie Günter processes products from the region: The vegetables come from the surrounding farms, and the fishermen in the neighborhood ensure seasonal offerings on the menu. Particularly demanding guests can rely on the daily changing recommendations of the house. The Seegarten's wine cellar stores over 750 fine wines, a third of them from Switzerland. The selection includes excellently aged vintages that delight both connoisseurs and enthusiasts. The restaurant's wine list was included in the "Best Wine List" in 2002, a prestigious list that only features wine lists that have received at least 18 out of 20 points in the "Wein Wisser" newsletter. Currently, only 19 wine lists in Switzerland belong to this exclusive selection.
