Our gastronomy concept is versatile, ranging from a business lunch at the bistro, to a sophisticated à la carte offering at the restaurant, and even to an apéritif or nightcap for guests or groups and clubs at Club 1247. The focus is on culinary arts and hospitality – we want our guests to feel welcome, enjoy themselves, and be excited by the culinary experiences. In our kitchen concept, we place great emphasis on regionality and tradition - reinterpreting the well-known in new ways, aiming to enchant our guests.
