The neighborhood association "Treffpunkt Obergass" operates the small cozy venue "GEISS" as a place of encounter and culture. "GEISS" stands for "Gemeinsam Im Städtli Sargans" (Together in the Small Town of Sargans). The regular coffee service is the heart of the establishment and contributes to the revitalization of the old town of Sargans. Whether it's just stopping by to chat, drinking a warming tea, celebrating festivals, eating together, letting strategy or luck prevail at a game tournament, implementing a creative project, exchanging tips on how to handle the sewing machine, tasting local beer, unfolding musically, or enjoying exciting movie nights – there is space here. The offerings are diverse, alive, and evolve through the people who help shape the place. For the little guests, the venue offers a children's corner.
