In the diverse spaces of the Greuterhof, sparking ideas are formed during seminars. And richness of ideas – that was also demonstrated by the founder of the complex. Bernhard Greuter was a true industrial pioneer and established one of the first dyeing factories in Switzerland with the Greuterhof. Next door, in what was then the country's largest barn, cows were kept. Their manure was needed for dyeing. The mooing has long since ceased. Today, people dance in the carefully renovated ballroom, stay overnight in one of the wonderful themed rooms of the boutique hotel, or clink glasses in the stylish restaurant "Schmitte". The Schmitte, a bar and dining place, by the way, offers a daily changing menu at lunch and à la carte in the evening. In front of the crackling fire in the fireplace, one can make oneself comfortable.

Besides continuing education at seminars, training at the Greuterhof is also a focus. Training positions are offered for young people with dispositions aiming to achieve a recognized professional qualification. By the way, Bernhard Greuter was socially minded. As one of the first employers in this country, he introduced social insurance for his employees.
