The Malabar Coast – also known as the Pepper Coast – lies in Southwest India. The innovative cuisine at the Malabar focuses on local and seasonal ingredients, and presents Indian classics such as thali, curry, and tandoori dishes in a brand new light.In addition, guests are treated to South Indian fish specialties, as well as vegetarian, vegan, and halal delicacies.
