In the pop-up artisanal store, there is something for every taste: For the adventurous, there are the really spicy products from Chiliwerk, and for those who dare, there are snacks made from insects by Essento to taste. For those with a sweet tooth among us: There's fine cream caramel from Appenzell, customizable chocolate figures, and various sweets made from carob and dates that are fun without refined sugar. The manufacturers of fruit spreads from Tasty Spready also focus on healthy sweetness - here, in addition to the fruit, there's also a taste of vegetables. The young team from Wheycation produces various protein products for athletes from whey. If things need to go quickly, there's even organic frozen pizza from Schenks-Manufakturen. Making patties, burgers, and schnitzels is also easier with the falafel mix from Mokä. There are cold-pressed oils, red apple juice, Swiss chia seeds, bouillon made from rescued vegetables, and much more… Come by!

Once a month, some of the producers visit the pop-up artisanal store from 10 am to 12 pm. It's the opportunity for you to talk to them and, of course, to taste their innovative delicacies.
