Those who are not keen on substantial meat dishes can opt, for example, for a spicy vegetable tart or spätzli egg noodles with mountain cheese – here you can find something to suit every taste.The Alpenrose is also part of a social project. It belongs to the Stiftung Arbeitskette (Work Chain Foundation), which helps mentally impaired people to (re-)establish themselves in the working world.
