Tröpfel – alkoholfreier Trinkgenuss

When the blood alcohol limit was lowered in Switzerland, the time, two Thurgau women, and the fruits were ripe for Tröpfel! Patricia Dähler and Esther Schaefer created their first non-alcoholic sparkling wine from Eastern Swiss grapes and apples. It received various awards. The women followed up on this success with three more Tröpfels, such as the Kingwer, slightly spicy, with pumpkin and Swiss ginger, as well as the Paes. The latter is an isotonic power drink in two flavors and the perfect refreshment after physical activity. The latest coup of the Tröpfel inventors is the Sansbulle, a stylish dining companion for toasting without carbonation and, of course, without alcohol. It is available in red from Regent grapes, haskap, and aronia berries, or white with lavender, sage, quince, and white grapes. At the Swiss Regional Products Competition, the Sansbulle was awarded the gold medal. Meanwhile, over 70,000 bottles of Tröpfel beverages are produced and distributed throughout Switzerland each year.
